Does anyone know of any free reverse e-mail providers?

Hi, with my recent question I will be able to find out who sent me some very un-necessary 'un-wanted' e-mails if I know how to trace the IP/ISP address to the area? (I am not sure how to do this) or b/ does anyone know of any 'free' reverse e-mail companies out there on the net please? I am dying to prove who sent me these nasty e-mails and even if I know the area it will be one of two people who had legal letters from me recently in connection with my business as I could tell by the content of the mail. I really want to know who is hiding behind a hotmail e-mail address. This would be greatly appreciated.

Tracing an IP all your get is a load of numbers that's all. you can't trace anyone from it. The only thing you can do is contact your ISP and the Police.

right click on the email, select view source, that will get you the ip. you can then Google the ip. thought you wont get a name or address without a court order. only the isp. mines in Glasgow and i live in n Ireland, so yeah you get within a few hundred miles
