Milage Reimbusment for Non-Standard Hours? |
Are there any IRS pubilications that address milage reimbursment when an employee travles to work on non-standard hours? A co-worker is salary and works Monday - Friday but will occasionally be on call and need to work on Saturday and Sunday. Historically he has recieved milage reimbersment for trips taken to the office to perform off hours support both during the week (after his normal shift) and on weekends. There is no deduction. If your company were to reimburse you, they would add every penny to your paycheck as income. |
