Any way to have a "fake" address that really sends it to your real address? Like a PO box kind of?

I'm trying to run a business from my home, but want to appear more professional. Is there a way to be able to give the address out so people can send me what they need to send me that isn't my REAL address? Like some kind of forward that would send the stuff to my real address? PO Box would be my last attempt, because I'd prefer them not even to know what city I live in either.. Anything like that?

I'm not sure if Mail boxes etc is still in business, but a mail service store is your best bet.

They have professional sounding addresses with Suite numbers instead of PO boxes. PO Boxes don't sound as good as they used to.

It occurred to me: what's wrong with your current address?

Put a company name in front of most addresses and it sounds professional. Like if you're on 321 Elm Street, you could say XYZ Corp, 321 Elm St. and it would sound professional to me.

You really want to confuse the mailman, don't you.

A PO box is much safer to use and you can write off the annual fees to your business expense.

I believe Mailboxes Etc offers this service.

Edit: It appears that Mailboxes was gobbled up by UPS and operates as the UPS Store now. Still offers mailboxes with forwarding service though.
