How do I transfer one contact from one category to another?

I would like to transfer a contact from my address book from friends to business category.

Click on "contacts" to open your address book.
In the left panel, under the "Categories" heading, click on the "friends" category and it opens for editing. Check the name you want to delete from this category---then click the "remove from category" tab.
The name is gone from that category---but not from the address book

Then with address book open----check that name and then click the "add to category" tab. In the drop list click the "business" category and it's done.
