Can I do UK Freelance work while living in a different country?

Does anyone know the laws on this?? I'm not trying to avoid UK tax at all, I will be paying this. But can I illegally do this? Do I have to also pay tax to the country I'm in??

I have a business already setup with a UK address, and will continue to have this.

Any help, advise, would be useful.

If you operate a business in the UK you are liable for tax in the UK. Where you live makes no difference.
You will also have to make a return in your country of residence, but under double taxation agreements you'll get a credit for all UK taxes paid.
