How can I access and import email addresses I have in other accounts?

I have opened a new email address for a new business; I also have many email addresses that I need, which are in other email accounts.
How would I be able to access them and import them into my new email account?

Goto contacts in old email.
Click export. save it as .csv file.

Goto new email, click import, select that saved .csv file.
thats it.
