Changing my IP on my laptop that is connected to a wireless router?

I have a Sony laptop with wireless n running windows vista business that is connected to a wireless n linksys router. How can I change my IP address for free so that when I go to this one website, they think i'm someone else because my details are different? Please explain, Thanks!

Your router may have a DHCP release / renew function...
if not, use a proxy server....

you can't change you ip address the router acquires the address through auto dhcp or it has an assigned ip address and that is the one that websites see your individual ip for your laptop is assigned by the router but the internet see's the routers ip

Change your ISP. There is no free way to do it.
