Outgoing Email issue: When emailing there is at least one email address that consistently comes back ...?

..a failed response...Why does my email go through to most people and yet, not this one? sumatisomstudio@verizon.net
I am able to successfully email them from aol, but not yahoo...can this problem be corrected? The business that I am emailing is also concerned, because if other yahooers also have this problem, then they are losing potential customers. Help!!!! This has been going on for at least 1 month. Thank you to anyone who can help solve this dilemma...Also is their a customer service phone number at yahoo that can help..I can't find a number for them anywhere. Re: IM...I wouldn't mind but I can never see the IMs when I hear them. Although, this is not my primary concern.

It is not just you Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail and several others were having problems. People were not able to get each other鈥檚 emails. Yahoo and Explorer are having problems right now. If you have Vista it is also having problems with Explorer. I do not know what the problem is and who is responsible for it but it really needs to be fixed!!!!

The e-mail address appears to be valid the way you've typed it here. If you're addressing your Yahoo! message from the Yahoo! address book, I would verify the e-mail address there to make sure it appears EXACTLY as it appears above.

Usually, the cause of mailer-daemons is extra characters in the e-mail address. For example, if the e-mail address in your Yahoo! address book reads 'sumatisomstudio@verizon.net' it will fail. (The cause of the failure is the extra characters ( ' )at the beginning and end of the address.

Really take your time to make sure that the address is correct wherever you're getting it from.
