Can someone help me sign up for J-pop band Arashi official fansite?

I have the link, I am there, and one of my dad's business associates is letting us use his address. but how would i make my payment? Should I just have my dad's business associates pay in yen and then us pay him back? That's what I'll probably do, but I would need help signing up. as the web site says, you have to pay enrty fee Yen1000 and anual fee Yen4000 ttl Yen5000 by post office(not bank) remittance to the fun club in Japan.

At the procedure, you have to write down your name and address in Japanese on application form too. The fun club communication such as confirmation and your number etc. by brochures mail will be sent to the address you wrote back.

You have to ask your phony register to pass the mail for you. Be sure that not all of fun club members can get the concert tickets whatever they want automatically now.

One thing for sure is either you or dummy must pay and register in Japan so that you need to pass him Yen5000 and some more(post office handling charge around Yen300) and some extra tips for the procedure if you can't do by yourself.
