My dad and I are planning a trip to Japan next summer so we can see Arashi, can anyone help me?

He does business with a bunch of people in japan, so they are going to help us arrange everything. But we are going to Tokyo, and we are going to go when Arashi is having a concert. My dad has a very good friend in Japan who said he would buy us tickets to their next summer concert [the 2009 concert] but I read somewhere that fan members get first dibs on tickets, is there any way I could sign up to be a fan member with my dad's friend's address and then have him buy the tickets? And if so, where can I sign up to the fan club? And I am not just someone who has a dream of seeing Arashi, my dad and his business assocites are actually taking me we just need to find out how/where to get tickets! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Money is not a very big issue, we are willing to spend what we need to in order to see Arashi!

Aren't there any Arashi fan network in the US?
I saw many American teen girls were gathering outside of the Matsu Jun's preview event and the numbers were seen more than 40 who couldn't enter the hall.
