Future Option Stockbroker Background Check?

Recently I make my mind to be a future and option broker as my career. I came to US about two years as an international student. My study is Business Administration. However, I am very worry about the background check companies ask for will against me. The reason is:

About four months ago, I got three traffic tickers and I was appealing it. The problem is that the court send the "Court Date" mail to my Old address. Therefore I had never received any information from court. About one month ago, police came to my house and said I am under arrest for warrant. Next day, I was sent to court and the Judge just spend one minute with me and said I can go.

I don't know US law and regulation very much. In my case, will any record be displayed on my background check? Will that against me to be a stockbroker? I am so so worry about that. I am not a criminal...I didn't do anything to hurt anyone. What and how should I do to in this case.
