Urgent Help Needed- Is there any way to stop a company from stealing my clients?

I have a company for which I have also registered a trademark for its name.
We have noticed that since past two weeks, a new company has popped up that has copied our business model. Now, this company is using Google sponsored ads to steal customers from us.
Basically, when a client searches for our company name or our website address, Google shows this company's link as a sponsored ad on the side or the top of our website which is the first on on the search result.
Is there any ways to stop this company from doing this? We called google and google said they won't do anything about it. Do I have a legal case against these people? Or we just have to deal with it?
We are located in Canada. Thanks for your help

They have changed all the context but they have copied the idea.

The best thing you could do is catch them on copyright infringment, either that or what there doing is completely legal.
