Open an Online Business?

I hope somebody can help me with this. I want to open my online business i know i need my permints and licences. i located in CA. i want to sell my products what i buy everyday on flea market. the thing is i don't receive any type of receipt or invoice. Now i have a lot of experice on ebay and paypal. so i do my own invoice. I write where i buy my products, the address of each flea market and the amount. on those flea market i found couple products like, crest whitestrips, neutrogena, prilosect, clearblue, nicorette, etc. but in this case if i open an online business, there is any problem if i sell this product on my web page. or i need any type of permit from each company. i know this is not stolen. all person from a flea market buy the product from different vendors and the vendors from the flea market never gave receipt or invoice to nobody.
Also i want to know step by step how to open aN ONLINE BUSINESS.
