hand adress business letters? My husband thinks im making a mistake not getting something i can print the addresses to...what do you think?

Realistically you will be saving time and money by using a printer for reference as well. Once you have typed something it is saved for reference.

I guess it could be seen as quaint an unusual to hand write , especially if the letter is personalised to the recipient . It might indicate that you make take interest and pride in your work etc.

Just reflects a personal touch and a sign of a small or new business - just means you aren't a large conglomerate - so save a few bucks and get a good printer and start a database when you get enough receivables :) Then write off the equipment as a business expense.
