What is the format to write a business letter?

Does anyone have a model of one they can show me that shows you where to put the return address and everything?

If this is a business letter, u shouldn't have to write in your return address cos this letter shd be on company letterhead which shd contain your co. name, address, tel and email address. Sometimes just the co. name and logo are at the top and the rest are at the foot of the letter.
