I am looking for articles from 'The Wall Street Journal,' 'The Economist,' 'Business Week,' or 'The New York Times' that address an issue either for or against the United States Drug policy on legalization of current illegal drugs. The only "drug policy" the U.S. government has is to pour billions of dollars into the complete failure called the "War on Drugs" and make sure it locks up more of its own citizens than any other country in the world.
