Is this unprofessional? |
I was told it is unprofessional to send anything to a casting director or agent if it was A. not on heavyweight "professional" paper and B. if you had written on the envelope yourself (use labels, even for recipient address) among a few other details which they marked as mandatory. Of course you should have everything type and in business format, but all this?? It does seem excessive but I have had stuff sent to me from Casting offices (and they were very professional) not in this format. It should be fine without having labels but you definitely should have the return address on the back of the envelope- regardless of what is inside. |
