PPOs and the guidelines?

I got a PPO due to domestic violence from a alcoholic husband. I left everything and took my kids. He was harrassing me everywhere and making threats etc. The PPO was justified, I hate living in this fear. He got got my passwords or somehow got in my email. Changed all my passwords even for my private banking. I contacted yahoo, had them close the account. The PPO is not marked that he cant communicate with me by mail. Now he is in this account that I created and I didnt give him the email address. He has had about 20 different email addresses, I block them as I get them. He just wont stop and I am exhausted from him. Should I just not have email at all? He is in the computer business and it seems he is getting info from my mail... I change the passwords and everything I dont know how to stop it. What would you all do??

Change all of your passwords--best first move.

Second, sister, don't open e-mails from people/address you don't know.
