Advice on Jatropha and Hemp Commercial Propagation...WANTED! Please - anything will do.?

I would just like some advice.

Imagine that you wanted to create a farm in some African country - say, Sierra Leone.

You want to plant two crops: Jatropha curcas and Hemp.

You want to create a Limited company in the UK.

You want to employ people in Africa.

You want to process and sell your crops.

Now, my questions.

Where do I start?

Any information about Jatropha and the legality of hemp?

And their growing periods?

How does one manage a farm? Would one hire seasonal workers to plant them?

I would appreciate advice and information from people who have some experience in business and cultivation of (any, really) plants.
