I am working as business consultant do I have to disclose the address of my clients
To buyers without any legal paper between me and my clients .
In order to avoid bypassing methods done by many buyers who
Tend to erase the middle man (Consultant) how can I also persuade
My clients in polite way that I can not give him the buyers address .

I don't know if this will help; Inform the buyers verbally up front that there would be a "consulting" or "finders" fee or "brokers" fee involved should any deal consummate between them, implying that you have the power and means of finding out if that happens.

Or, if the buyers are looking for references get them written on company letterhead but "block" out or obliterate the addresses.
