My address and phone number has recently edit by someone else...what can i do?

I bought Karlas grooming in 8/07, and possible old owner went to my account or her old account to change to address..Right now when I search under yahoo for Karlas Grooming, it will pop up the business with her home address. is this a violation of the law, how it this happen...

u really have 2 contact the previous owner abt it--and yes now that u have bought it she should not access the account anymore
