Hi, am doing webdesigning for individuals, small business firms etc.?

I am doing webdesigning for individuals, small business firms etc.
On 18th January 2008 at 6.20pm Donnie Friesen

has asked me to redo his website. I agreed with him and he said I will send you cheque on 19th Jan 2008 to my address. On that basis I designed the website for him. His website address is http://abcpowersports.com/
I didnt receive any cheque. On 25th Feb 08 I again asked him, then he first agreed to send payment through paypal. and then changed his statement and said I sent money through wire. I didnt receive any money. He sent me a mail with the detail of wire. But that was also fake. I pulled down the site. You can view the site which I designed for him at http://www.bharosha.com/ Can you help me in this regard? what I am concerned is I have no problem with this, but even now he is finding new people online and asking to do website. his yahoo id donniewebhosting

At this point you need to involve a lawyer, preferably one barred in the state of Florida. This is way beyond what basic advice can be offered in Y!
