Could i set up a business in China yet still live in the UK?

Also could the companies address be a UK one?

You should do your home work first and talk to one of the British Embassy's in Guangzhou,Shanghai, Chongqing or Beijing they could guide you in the correct direction but today you would be better of going to places like Chongqing or Chengdu they are opening up fast with more opportunity's than coastal city's.I live in China and do many things on construction materials.So please look very carefully at what you want to do planning it well then you have peace of mind.I wish you good luck in what ever you do here.


On one post they are saying look at a company called China Direct Trading this could be a problem as they are using a name of a company in Florida which is registered on the Pennie stock company exchange. if you follow this lead you will see the company name which they have copied.
