HELP!!! I have to write a jingle about my history h/w (The New Deal) has to do with The Great Depression, 1933

i have to write a jingle(like a comercial jingle) about the New Deal.

I had to read something...that i didn't read...and now i have to write a jingle about it. here's a synopsis that my teacher gave the class on the article.

"On March 4, 1933, millions of Americans gathered around their radios to hear the new president deliver his inaugural address. 'Let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.' He assaild the business leaders economic disaster. 'This nation asks for action, and action now.' He concluded by adding that he would seek from Congress 'broad executive powers to wagea war against the emergency, as great as the power that would be given me if we were in fact invaded by a foreign foe.'"

so please help me!!! i have no idea what to do. It doesn't need a tune...just the lyrics.
