Can someone help me fight Sprint?

God do I hate Sprint PCS!! My story begins in July 07' when I signed on with them. My array of complaints include the following:

*incorrect billing including:
my phone being shut off 3 times due to errors on their end, a FREE phone being charged to my account, a premium service was added to my account without my consent, inconsistent information from reps, a free activation fee charged to my account, wireless web service charged to my account (my phone has the web disabled), among many other frustrations.

I have done what I can to address my isssues with Sprint, who are basically worthless in helping. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau asking to be let out of my contract.

Sprint has denied my request twice saying I "accepted the terms of a 2 year contract".

Isn't a contract meant to protect both parties? How can a contract be worth anything if Sprint consistenly makes errors like these?

Sprint also, charged me for a second account when I set up the first, I starting getting bills for another account with my name spelled wrong. When I refused to pay for it because I didn't authorize it, they threatened to send my phantom "account" to the major credit bureaus!

I wrote a letter to Sprint corporate, and it took several weeks, but an actual person (who spoke english called me). They canceled my contract, credited me for the "free" phone, and credited my bill for all the "extra" accidental fees to my account. Also I got a month free service and a 10% discount for my aggrevation.
You just need to get through to a real working person, and not the $5. dollar an hour tellermarketers that answer the phone for them.
I do however agree with you that they do suck.

Sprint is AWFUL! I live in Ohio and they tried to charge me for calls from Puerto Rico to El Salvador. I don't know anyone in either of those places! They said I must have setup a second line in Puerto Rico and agreed to pay for all those calls. Then when I called to question the charges, they called me a liar and said I was just trying to get out of paying my bill. I didn't contact the BBB, but I probably should have. Anyway, I just kept calling Sprint over and over. And when I sent my bill, I refused to pay for anything I wasn't responsible for. Finally it seems like they just dropped it. I hope they dropped it because I haven't heard anything from them about it for like a year. I want to distance myself from Sprint as much as possible, but unfortunately they are about the only option in my area. :(
