I won a judgment and sent demand letter to address of business and they moved no forwarding address.? |
California state law says I can send all court related documents to the point of contact and that person has an address where he works. I do not have an address where he lives. Is it legal to send sheriff to work address to serve the court documents ? I am not familiar with California law, but in most states a person can be served at their home, work, on the street, coming out of port-o-pot......anywhere. people can get served at church if need be lol |
