Is my business worth saving&?

currently experiencing tax problems, and resolution of the problem will require me to possibly increase my 2008 business gross, to cover the demand on my business. is it possible to address the problem with that goal in mind, or am I too far gone?

All businesses are worth saving. You should start by putting together a budget and then a strategic plan then a business plan. From there, departmental or divisional plans should be written.

This way, the entire company knows which direction the company is or needs to go.

You don't have to release the details of why things are changing, you only have to say that the company is moving forward and keeping one step ahead of the competition.

Possibly consult a tax accountant and/or an attorney, as well as someone who has knowledge in writing strategic, business and divisional plans.
