My husband and I are separated, I think he may have a business he's trying to hide. How can I find out?

Husband is still seeing OW that he was caught cheating with. I got a credit report on myself. There was an address on it , said it was associated with me. It was a wholesale trade business. The address is OW's p.o. box. I'm trying to find out if He's gotten into a business with this woman.

You will need to know if it's on your credit report because it will affect your credit plus you will be responsible for any debts this business has. Which also means you not only are entitled to half of the proceeds from the business, but can be fined if you don't count that income on your income tax. Time to get a lawyer. You have to protect your interests.

Don't worry about it and stop gold digging. Just dump him and move on.

Hand the info over to an attorney and let that attorney dig into it.

at least you have to meet ur ex husband by chance with some reason in home and in office hours.if he is not in home then he must be in home.if he trying to avoid u that means he has got somebody in his life.but my main advice is that if u r separated then don't follow him let him do wat he wants and u chose ur own way which u think is right.if u r getting good men in life then please try to accept him.

If you get a divorce then give the attorney the information. Your husband can get into trouble for what he is doing. He could end up losing the business if he has gone into business with another woman and the two of you were to get divorced.

first, get a good domestic attorney. the attorney knows where and how to get the info you need.

second, a business has to pay taxes, so the IRS has records. a business also has to have a license, some businesses require special certifications (i'm a tradesman so i have to have a trade license). these things are public record.

If your in the UK give Company House a call you can find the number in directories they are in central London. Each company must register with them and will show the top people within the company. You have the company name so happy checking.

all businesses have to be registered with the state comptroller, they should be able to tell you the name of the business, who the owners are, and who they are doing business as. now go get em!

the only one who can answer this question is your husband. be honest, ask what you need to know, and go from there. if you trust him to tell the truth, communicate your thoughts so he knows what page you're on. if he IS keeping it from you, ask yourself what matters to you. why would he keep something this important from you? look at yourself and go from there. you cannot fix anyone but you. keep your spirit open and listen. you can always check with the IRS to see what part of this you may be responsible for, for peace of mind.

First of all, you better check all three of your credit reports!

Second, try to contact the county clerk in the county where his business name is filed, that's public information.

Third, you can try www.dnb.com if he has developed business credit. You can also pull his business credit report but it may cost some money.
