You'd have the state name last (after postal code and district name), so it would be more correct to write:

Nigeria

but as the others mentioned, don't send any money to anybody in Nigeria unless you have known them personally (face-to-face) for years.

Hope you have not sold something to an address like that, or at least got the money before you send it. these sort of addresses are usually a rip off.

I hope that you are NOT sending your details, eg Name, address and bank account details. Please do not be conned by these people.

Looks like one of those Nigerian scanner postal drop mailing addresses.

1. The international lotteries in emails are ALL FAKE, do not be tempted.

2. The sob stories about this or that person dying and now so or so needs your help to move their money and let you keep an obscene amount of it is ALL FAKE.

3. Sometimes people in places like Nigeria will buy something from you onj eBay or other places and try to run a scam where they pay you in stolen or fake check funds or such, DO NOT DEAL WIT THEM.

Otherwise the address is correctly formatted and good luck on finding out what entity is actually at that location.

Google scambaiters and see the new craze of giving the scammers some of there own medicine.
