Why will my mail allow me to address and title an email but when I tab down I lose my cursor and can't write? |
I log into my yahoo mail and I can recieve and view messages but when I want to compose an email, I can address it, title it, and then when I tab down to compose the actual message I lose my cursor and I cannot write a message. Have I some how changed a property or something like that? My other email accounts work fine but this certain one I use specifically for business and it would be extremely inconvenient to lose, as well as extremely costly. Can anyone help me? the same thing is happening to me, and I too use this address for business and personal. When you find an answer please share. I have deleted my browsing history and all other things that I could delete, but to no avail nothing has worked. I need help with this, I am getting frustrated Here is the crazy thing, I can open firefox and it works just fine, but when I open internet explorer it will only allow me to put in the address and subject, then I loose the curser and can't type anything in the message box. At this time Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment. Also try using the HELP button. Yahoo is there to help use. I use HELP all the time. |
