How do I address a CV when there is no HR department? |
I'm sending a resume to a small family owned business that doesn't have an HR dept. I still feel like I should throw something into the address to fill the spot that would normally have the line "Human Resources Department." Any suggestions? Call and ask if there is one person who does the hiring. I would just write Human Resources Dept. whether they have one or not. Well you could do President or Owner. But it would be better if you called on the phone and asked for the name of the person who does the hiring. I would leave HR Dept out of the address and I'd address the letter to "Hiring Manager". |
