How do I get ahold of Yahoo? I can send e-mail but I do not receive any kind. Not even junk.?

I don't know if it is related, but my eBay acct was tampered with and at the same time I stopped receiving e-mails of any kind. People sending me e-mails do not get a notice that I did not receive it. I need to get ahold of Yahoo and get it fixed or delete e-mail address and make a new one as this is my business address. For now I am having to use my personal address. What a pain that was!
