Yahoo mass emails? How many can i send to?

This is for a small business. .If I purchase the Mail Plus or mail for business, how many people can I send the email out to? I know with regular yahoo, it is 100 people you can send something to at one time. I need to send stuff out to 500 people at once.
I also thought about buying Mail Plus for our agency (I currently use it for my other personal Yahoo account), and link the account to Outlook. Does anyone know if you can send mass emails (over 100) in Outlook? If so, how many?
If Yahoo or outlook aren't good programs for mass emails, do you have any ideas on what programs to use while still using the Yahoo email address?

If it's something you have to purchase I would definatly contact the staff and find out before you purchase it.
