How can I get my computer to show a callers information when they call?

I have a small business which is growing. When a customer calls I would rather already know their information(name, address, previous order..) when they phone rather than asking everytime. This would save me time and money.

The ideal thing would be a customer phoning, and I already know who it is because their information popped up on my screen when they call.

You mean Caller ID. This service may or may not be included in your phone subscription. You have to ask your phone company if it is included. If not, you have to pay extra for this service.

Even then, only the phone number of the caller will appear. You yourself have to input (or program ) the name of the person or company that the phone number is associated with on your phone itself. You cannot identify the owner of an unknown phone number.
