I have a complaint about a conveniece store owner in Ontario. Who do I call?

They are not members of the Better Business Bureau. This owner actually left me threatening messages on my answering maching over 2 rented movies that were 5 days late. After leaving the messages he showed up at my door. Are the allowed to get your address and come to your home to retrieve overdue movies? I know that they have to have a license to be able to rent movies out. Just can't find the regulations for that license. Can someone help me please?

The movies have since been returned! And by the way Dave.........I have not been in my hometown for the last week, My son has been recieving medical treatment in Toronto so that is why the movies were not returned. It was the furthest thing from my mind. But hey.......thanks for your opinion. Hard working single mom of two who forgets to return movies is a thief! My ponit is that this man totally violated the privacy act. When you rent a movie from a major movie retailer they don't look up your address and come to your door to retrieve them. There are laws against such things. You are such a knob. Stop answering things you know nothing about. Waste of time!

Why are the movies 5 days late?

If you had returned the movies this would not have turned into what it is now.
Also, why are you trying to play the victim here?
Give the movies back, because right now you are just a thief!

EDIT: LOL!! Just a little touchy are we? I went on the info you gave. It isnt my fault that you held back information that would have allowed me or others to better answer your question. The way you asked it left out key details, so that makes me a knob?
Maybe you are just trying to perform some damage control by making some additions to your question that are sure to make people feel sorry for you.
