Create a proper website for free??

Hi, I want to know is it possible to create a website -either For business or for personal use that is FREE.
i.e Freewebs.com, But one can be accessable through Google and that can let you choose a unique address.
THANKS!

Sorry about the *'s it was
FreeVVeb5.com

but as you can see..you can able to create an website for free at YAHOO or in lycos...it is free of charge you don't need to pay for it...

Piczo lets you choose your own adrees at the end of piczo.com/ You can arrange pictures and text e.t.c. however you want and can have many different pages.

You can design whatever web site you want but, if you want the address you want, you'll have to buy that address, if it's even available. Go to any web hosting company's site (I use GoDaddy - see the link below) and see if the name you want is available. Free sites use their name with your name as a sub-name - http://yourname.theirname.com.

As far as getting it on Google, that's decided by Google. Their software searches the web and decides what sites get listed - by content, by how many other sites link to yours, etc. Some people claim to be able to get your site listed near the top of Google searches, but that's like Garrison Keillor's "all the children are above average" - if everyone is getting their site put near the top of the list, which sites are near the bottom?
