True Switch is unable to transfer sbcglobal.net email and addresses to Yahoo. What can be done?

For some reason Yahoo has recently said my sbcglobal.net account that I've had for at least 6 years is now associated with purchasing Yahoo small business services. At times I can't access the account and emails others have sent are not received. I have called tech support and told it would be cleared up weeks ago but no luck. I have since started a Yahoo account to take its place. The problem is that True Switch doesn't list sbcglobal.net as an option for the switch. While some use of the account is personal, the vast majority of its use is work related and critical. Any suggestions, information or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
