Need advice and help on which internet package to get for my small internet cafe...?

Hi. I have a 70-computer internet cafe that I recently purchased. I'm doing my costing & would like to implement some cost-cutting measures, as the business is not dong too well. Our customers usually use the computer for games so we don't need super fast connection. No complaints so far. For the internet, right now I'm paying for two "Option 2's." Here is the list of the difference internet plans & would just like to know why the big difference in pricing:

Option 1
- Speed: 2.2 Mbps
- 2 Free 100 MB e-mail accounts
- 1 Static IP address
- US$100/month

Option 2:
- Speed: 2.7 Mbps
- 5 Free 100 MB e-mail accounts
- 5 Static IP addresses
- US$200/month

Option 3
- Speed: 3.0 Mbps
- 10 Free 100 MB e-mail accounts
- 5 Static IP addresses
- US$365/month

I'm just wondering why Option 3 is almost double the price of Option 1 when the only difference is 0.3 Mbps in speed? And Option 2 is double the rate that of Option 1 when the only difference is 0.5 Mbps. Am I missing something here?

Not sure why you are paying for 2 option2's unless you use one for your business and the second for the customer network.

The price difference between option 1 and two is the fixed Ip addresses. Unless there is some reason you require fixed IP addresses, drop them. There is no reason you cannot support the entire cafe on a single option 1.

Is there a list of monthly allotted bandwidth per month for each option?

Example might be option one might have 500GB/month, option two might have 2 tera-byte/month, option three might have 5 tera-byte/month. I'm not saying these are the exact figures mind you.

EDIT:
The static IP addresses are probably the biggest addition to cost then. The difference in option two and three still seem unreasonable, I would call them and find out why and if you couldn't get a reasonable answer find someone else that will give you the answers.

I know there are quite a few companies that say they provide "free" perks, but in reality they wouldn't provide them unless they could get the money out of you for those "free" perks.
