Can I file a lawsuit against my husband for not paying me back some money I borrowed him ?

Can I file a lawsuit against my husband for not paying me back some money I borrowed him ?
Im separated from him for more than six months. And i Dont receive any benefits from the company.

I didnt sign a note but created a different company on my name on his address and with that company i payed vendors for His company. He doesnt give me any money at all. just stole what I gave him and does not answer my calls.

Is not really a small claim, is for more than 50,000

and Im from florida and thats money my dad gave me to start my own business but i borrowed it to him to start his.

And I obviously wasnt born in America and English is not my first language. "in case it seems to annoy so much people"

No, even seperated you are still married. What's yours is his, what's his is yours. Can't sue what belongs to both of you.

FYI: When you take money, you borrow it. If you give money, then you loan it.

yaa you can..

go talk with an attorney or something not on here

lol

yes go get the jerk

yep see him in civil court, make sure he cant turn it around on you though, for past expenses he gave to you though.

You can ask a 100 times and the answer is the same. You are still married, so you cannot sue him. You can divorce him and claim that money is yours when you split up what you own.

Now, only 97 more times to go.

Uh, if your married, I don't think so. Why for the love of God would you lone your separated spouse 50 grand?

You 'lent' it to him not borrowed.
Reading this makes me think you must be about 6 but you said that you were married.
Apparently; 'a fool and his money are soon parted'...

You 'lent' him money. He 'borrowed 'it from you. He will just claim you "Invested" in his company. You need an attorney. Good luck
