I have a company that has several clients that have yahoo email addresses. My emails are being returned.?

I send out several emails to these clients and only recently they have started being returned undelivered. It is very annoying and will be affecting my business unless it is sorted out.

Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment. I was advised to uninstall Javascript and then reinstall the latest version. This worked for me. If it does not for you then apparently it's only in the all new version. Try returning to the Classic version for now. Good luck use this link to get back http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?s...

this has to do with their spam filter i also send out e-mails as part of my job and hve the same problems whethere you know it or not sometimes your e-mail provider changes the settings on the spam filter for our own protection i must add but it then stops a lot of e-mails getting in

It has to do with THEIR spam filter, and isn't something that Yahoo is to blame for. The recipient MUST put your address in their address book for the mail to be accepted as not spam. And it could have something to do with the new Mail Beta. Some may have it, some may not. You may may be using it and together this can cause problems. Asking Yahoo for help might solve this:

Yahoo Customer Service Info:
866-562-7219 or 408-349-3300
Yahoo Personal Email: 866-492-4664 (small fee)
Yahoo Small Business: 866-562-7219
8am - 5pm M-F (Pacific Time)

Yahoo! Customer Service
866-562-7219
When prompted, press 2. If you are using free mail services press 1 but do not press anything after that. Wait on the line until you are transferred to a person. If you press a third button for the free services, you will be told you have to use help online. If you wait, though, you will be transferred to someone who will be able to help you, even with free e-mail accounts. I have used this service before with great success.
