Changing Business address to Residential address?

I recently bought a house but the previous owner had a social care business in that property. When I check my credit report file, there is notice put on my profile, indicating " This address has pertained to a business" . It maybe a negative impact if I need to apply for credit in the future. I called the credit report agency to dispute but they are unable to remove notices. How is possible to update the business to residential address ? Who should I contact ? Where to update the information?

That would be a zoning issue. I think you can contact your local zoning board, and request that they rezone to residential only.

Other than that, I don't see where it would be a negative impact on your credit.
