I need to update our yellow pages business address. Our clients are going to the wrong address. Please advis

Since the yellow page ads stay in the book for a year, you can't change your ad until the next issue of the book. If there is a business at your old address, ask them if they could help you direct your clients to your new address. Leave a map showing the old address and directions on how to get to your new address, and if you changed phone number the map/flyer with your new phone number so that they can call for directions. If the building is empty, ask the landlord if you can leave a poster informing clients that you moved to a new location, with your new address, directions to get there and your phone number.

You can check with your telephone book company but you probably can't change the telephone book ad until next year.

If your customers already know your company, consider a direct mail project like a postcard series, or some form of announcement to broadcast the news of your change of address.

Maybe you can give them something like a magent for their refridgerator so they see your new address for the rest of the year. Maybe use the direct mail campaign to invite them to see your new location. Give them something when they arrive that will remind them of your new address for the rest of the year until the new telephone book comes out.
