Help, Primary Email address on small business account?

I mistakenly changed the name on my Primary Email address for my small business account, is there anyway at all to change it back to my name?

In case anyone else needs this infor: an email from Yahoo web-hosting support:
To change your default email address:

1. Visit the Email Control Panel and click "Edit User" under your name.
2. On the following page, click "Change email."
3. In the pop-up that opens, enter the new email name. Note that your
email address can include only letters, numbers, hyphens, periods, and
underscores.
4. When you're done, click "Save."
This fixed the problem

on the top of your page you find a small "My account":>>>>>click>>>Account info>>>>>edit>>>>you arrived here you can edit your Primary e-mail address,
