If I sell a product to a New Yorker but my business mail address is in Deleware do I have to charge sales tax?

I am selling online and the product is being shipped out of New York from another company. I'm just the middle man and I am establishing an LLC in Deleware and I will have a address and bank account there.

If you have no business presence in NY, you should not be required to COLLECT, sales tax on items shipped to NY.

NOTE: No business ever CHARGES any tax. Only governments charge tax. Businesses only act as collection agencies.
