Is having a small business email address from like Yahoo, Gmail, Lycos, etc not very professional?

it def. sticks out a little. With a "george@georgesstore.com" it shows that you are a little more established and doesn't come across as someone working from home. I'm not saying that having a yahoo! or Gmail email address is bad or that it means your a crook. I'm just telling you how it comes across. It def looks a little better to invest in a email of your business...even websites are becoming increasingly cheap.
