How would you address a business letter that needs to go to two (2) different addresses?

You must address them each separately, but you should put a line: cc: John Smith and cc: Bill North (cc = carbon copy) if you want each to know the other has received it.

You have to create an individual letter for each address. Do not put two addresses on the same letter.
