How do you find the address of a business when you only have the telehone number, and it is unlisted?

I tried the Reverse directory, but the number being unlisted, it would not give me the address. By calling the number, they will not disclose their address. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Something to try:

call them, tell them you tried to mail them a check for $10,000 and it came back -- you need their correct address

(don't call from home -- go to the Circle K)

What kind of business is this that will not give its address? It doesn't sound normal. Regardless try your local community records. Each business has to file with town when opening business...I did. So check with town hall records. Call your local town hall, and they will direct you to the office you need to call. Good luck.

If you call a company and they will not tell you their address, this would signal caution to me!

If you know the city they are in, use Yahoo yellow pages and look them up. Also, you can do a search for their name on the web. If they have a website, there might be an address listed there.
