I put my business contacts in their own folder in my address book, why do they still show up under all?

I thought they would only show up in the folder I put them in. If I delete them from the main address folder will they still be in the business folder. I mainly save them so that their emails don't go to my junk folder, so therefore don't really need to see them when I'm sending emails to my friends. Please help!

When you open add folder in All profile it throws your entire address book.
