I cannot change my business e-mail address. None of the help info matches what I see on the screen.? I am assuming you are referring to your email address through your hosting provider? If you want to change the part after the @ then you have to buy a new domain. If you want to add another user before the @ then you should be able to find the function in your control panel of whichever hosting provider you use. I can only guess because your question is very vague. talk to you're company's website administrator, or whoever set up your e-mail account in the first place. |
