How to create a Moving/change of address letter for a business?

The company I work for is moving and I was asked to create a moving/Change of Address letter to send to all the customers. I would appreciate any sample change of address letters or hints on writing the letter.

Its pretty simple....

You announce that the move is a positive change for the company (IE growing), and that the customers long time loyal business has help you get there. Inform them of the scheduled change of physical address, and change of contact phone/fax (if any) and the date the change is effective. Then sign the letter. Its really that simple..:O)...
